Amendments to the
Unsightly Premises Act

The Unsightly Premises Act, chapter 135 of the Revised Statutes, 2014, is amended
(

in section 1

by renumbering subsection (1) as section 1;
(ii
)
by repealing subsection (2);
(
b
)
by repealing the heading “Duty of owner or occupier” preceding section 4;
(
c
)
by repealing section 4;
(
d
)
by repealing the heading “Notice to owner or occupier” preceding section 5;
(

)
by repealing section 5;
(

)
by repealing the heading “Powers of Minister” preceding section 6;
(

(
